I did some due diligence and looked into the notes regarding your inquiry with our BDC/ Internet associate, Tommy T., and I will say that without question he dropped the ball by not answering the few simple questions that you had asked for on a couple of occasions. This dealership runs a little slow with their finance department. They told me they were going to pay off my trade in car within 6 days but it took 20 days. And this time my trade-in finance company took money out of my checking account and this dealership refuse to reimburse me for the money I lost.

Regarding the monies, I did speak with General Manager of the Chevrolet store, Mike B. who informed me that "your vehicle was paid off but your bank had taken a payment out during that time.
