Took weeks to get in for a simple 7000 mile service appointment (change a transmission filter). Showed up at my scheduled time for the appointment, they shuttle me home and then call me to tell me they don't have staffing to work on the vehicle and it would need to remain at the dealership "until they can get to it". I asked to speak to the general manager, who called me back and offered no real solution other than "they will try and get to it". I was looking at a Dodge Dakota at ******** heirs Cocoa I found something that made me loose interest I told Salesman ***** I'm passing on it got mad for wasting 20 min of his time and not tell him what I saw that made me pass on it I went to tell the Mgr what he said the Mgr told me to leave don't come back on the property

Let me start out by saying that before this vehicle, I had bought 4 vehicles from ******** ***** ********, and each time had been an amazing experience. I made the mistake of going to Boniface Hiers Chevrolet this time, and what a mistake that was. First, there was zero transparency about the price. Some numbers were thrown out, and I assumed that there was a correlation between the numbers they were reciting and the price I was paying. Never buy a used car unless its a GM Certified Used Vehicle.Ask for a list of whats NOT covered by their Forever Warranty . Make a screen shot of All documents you sign, calculate, and ask for an explanation of every charge. Can not recommend buying a used car from this dealership.

*******, I spoke with our General Manager about your concerns and overall experience. He replied immediately that you purchased a pre-owned vehicle, and had asked for a $1,200 discount off of the internet price. Naturally, to remain competitive, our Internet prices have to be at their lowest possible offer to begin with, however ************** agreed to an $800 discount which you accepted and signed for. This vehicle was never advertised as a certified pre-owned vehicle and was not sold as certified.

I got a brand new ***** Colorado 2018. when I purchased the vehicle I was guaranteed free oil change for life of vehicle. What was at the time ****** became ********. After the buy out I was never told that the free oil would stop or not be honored. In fact I continued to receive it for over a year without anyone saying to me it would stop. Very disappointed in ******** to pull the rug out from under me like that. Makes you not want to trust them with any future purchases.

(Had to leave at least 1 ?? for this Review...whereas I won't have left any!!!) Purchased my pre- owned 2013 Equinox with less than 33,500 original mile on it! I was given" a "Forever Warrantee" with my purchase! Chevrolet dealership at my local Vero Beach outside of purchased area needing Camshaft Valves replacement! Called "Forever Warranty" and they said that I was only honored at his purchased dealership (Boniface) or 150miles outside of purchased area! Cost me $600 Out-of -Pocket! This customer bought a 2013 Chevrolet Equinox in June 2023 (6months ago) Apparently they brought the vehicle to a dealership in Vero, however were told that the Warranty Forever (Powertrain) did not cover the problem that the vehicle had. The customer wanted to know why we did not find the problem if we did a good inspection on the vehicle and I explained that it has been 6 months and although we do a very thorough inspection, we cannot ever guarantee whether or not something might fail 6 months down the road. Terrible service department. I recommend NOT getting your car serviced or doing business with this dealership. After waiting 2 weeks to get a scheduled appointment, it took another 9 days to complete a 2 hr maintenance. While my car was there my door handle lock was broken and the service manager (Tim ******) was combative and rude when I requested they make make it right and only offered to put me on waiting list in 2 weeks for service.

In researching this review with our Service Director, Glenn H., he stated that we replaced a front sensor in this customers vehicle and never did anything with his doors. The customer picked his vehicle up and called us 2 days later stating his door lock did not work, and that we broke it. We informed him that we did nothing to his doors and obviously it was working when he left the dealership ....and that we would be happy to take a look at it for him. There are many things I could complain about. Customer service is number one on the list. They have yet to resolve any of the 3 issues I've had w my brand new car. The financing department. Basically made you feel like if you didn't add any extra warrantee, your car WILL have an issue. Management. Left a vm for them to call me back. 24 hours later, nothing. They day they're swamped but I've yet to see more than 3 customers at any given time. They told me it'd be minimum 4 hours to run a diagnostic on my car, and should consi... read more

Made an appointment to wait for truck to fixed then tell it will be 2.5 hours before they get to it? Jason the service person then tells me you can leave it and g take the shuttle come to find out is 45 minutes before they get back! You make appointments for reason total waste of time.
