Got there at 2:30pm was told a 30 minute wait. Given a brunch menu. Got sat at 3:15pm was told could order brunch. Server who I later find out is a manager comes at 3:35 and tells me that we can not order brunch. I leave and call told by the same server/manager that new staff is untrained and overworked. Know what you’re doing. Time is basic concept. What menu is available is basic concept. Not Letting someone sit at a table for 20 minutes without a server is basic concept
Went there was told 30 min wait. Was seated an hour later. Was given a brunch menu. Didn’t have a server come back for 15 minutes or more. Then the manager came with a lunch menu and said he could not give us the brunch menu. So we left. Terrible all around service and experience, nothing was done to remedy the absolutely ridiculous travesty we experienced. Made a call and was basically told OH WELL. Have never been treated this horribly. We eat out everyday almost in this city and I am appalled by them.
First time there and first time out in almost four months. Lovely spot. Good food and service.
