The female pediatrician with black hair should be fired. She informed me that my son's jaundice was "so bad he could be hospitalized" and informed me that I need to go to the hospital immediately. Went to the hospital and they looked at me like I was crazy. "So your son's pediatrician told you to come here?" 0 stars! The girl in front on the pediatric side is very very rude! The place looks messy. Front desk was dark and again that girl at the front is not pleasant or helpful at all! Very unwelcoming experience :/ Most of the doctors are great but they have to do something with the staff.
The two people I spoke to at the Edgewood location were extremely rude and unhelpful. I was trying to schedule an appointment as a first time patient (which the website states they take) and I was met with poor attitude.
This office is unprofessional. 1. I made an appointment for a procedure. I arrived at my appointment and they told me they could not do the procedure because somebody marked that I was paying with cash, so they did not seek authorization from my insurance. 2. I rescheduled my appointment and it takes an additional 30 minutes to be seen because they are running behind. The procedure is complete and the nurse scheduled me for a follow up appointment. 3.
