carriage club apartments...no stars. Janie and Jamie need to be fired
Shady dealings in Newport News Virginia at Patriots Crossing. Taking applicants deposit money after lying to them about available apartments. They are still awaiting refund. After talking to several informants it seems this company has a habit of taking advantage of the lower-income community. This will be broadcasted if not rectified immediately.
Absolutely the worst place I have ever lived. I've lived in barracks with more accommodating people. All of the issues we had with our apt were NEVER fixed. Their was always an excuse as to why something wasn't fixed. That was if you could even get a hold of anyone to talk to. Multiple emails were sent to everyone available; from the manager, property manager, multiple Windsong and Bonaventure corporate employees (including, but not limited to the CEO).
