This is hands down the worst experience I have ever had in customer service. We have been ignored, mistreated and lied to by the staff from Bonaventure. This includes property and regional management. I would never recommend living with a Bonaventure Property, The Carlton at Greenbrier in particular. We have been unable to stay in our apartment for 13 nights due to mold and water, we have had to miss many days of work, and all the while the staff could not care less. The team, from the owner to groundskeeper, are like one big happy family!
