Bonaventure really cares about their residents, community, and employees. Through their philanthropic efforts, they positively affect the lives of those in need. They love their residents and show it through their quick response to maintenance needs, fun resident events, maintaining beautiful interiors and exteriors, and providing unmatched resident appreciation. The team, from the owner to groundskeeper, are like one big happy family!
Absolutely wonderful management group, have communicated with as well as lived in an partment complex they managed for years. Would recomend to anyone looking for a great company.

The Aura apartments are exactly what I was expecting. Going on 2 years and have had nothing but awesome experience. Ashley and Cindy are and have been great! Helpful, friendly always treat us like family. The maintenance team has been great and quick so far and our resident cleaning crew also nice and helpful! Thank you!
I've only lived in my place since april 1st and have had a rat problem since the beginning. me and my daughter can't even stay there and her toys are trash now.
We have been getting harassed by Bonaventure Construction employee Aaron Nesbitt. He has been sending us photos of text from his "boss" claiming his superiors finds the harassment and threats of defamation to be funny and make him proud. This is an inside look to how the Bonaventure brand treats other people. I can only imagine how they treat your home.
