Have so many wonderful things to say from the hospitality of the staff to the beautiful landscape of the grounds! Living here has been like being on vacation everyday!
The people who work in the office at the Amber's of Greenbrier are so helpful and kind. They have a big change over quite often but the group now is great!
This is the perfect home for all the beauty that it offers, starting with our new management team, amazing! The maintenance team absolutely wonderful. The kind neighbors, the unreal views we have here and the time we can spend looking at it is off the charts! Love it! 😍
This is hands down the worst experience I have ever had in customer service. We have been ignored, mistreated and lied to by the staff from Bonaventure. This includes property and regional management. I would never recommend living with a Bonaventure Property, The Carlton at Greenbrier in particular. We have been unable to stay in our apartment for 13 nights due to mold and water, we have had to miss many days of work, and all the while the staff could not care less.
