First off the car advertised as having 7 miles as a demo which I thought odd but I get to the place it has over 4000 miles on it . Then they offer 2500 less for my trade in than KBB or NADA says it’s worth. I tell the finance guy that the numbers don’t work for me do not send them to the bank I will go and purchase somewhere else. He says ok give me 10 minutes please. I was looking at a 2020 corvette. After a quick reply to my request, I was told the car isn't on the lot and won't be available until some unknown time in the future. When I asked if all 2020 deliveries were spoken for, I didn't hear back.
Called me at 9am suppose to sent better pic of car it was still available I waited til noon talk to same person again and he said he would send pic.. then he called me at 2pm and stated someone was looking to buy car.. I’m from out of state wanted extra info to make sure before I travel 1k miles to get car .. but sold it to someone else .. bad customer service
Incredible experience from sales.man very knowledgeable professional and caring making sure they could make you happy. Management helped was honest upfront amazing. Loan officer absolutely professional no doubt there organized. Everyone’s personality had you wanting to keep them as the place to come. I had one car chosen but they got me the one that was right for me great price less mile better status. Oh and sales person didn’t Huber. Thx
Never seems to answer your questions or concerns. Would have given them lower but since I did not get an specific responses (only generic) I can’t rate them on overall experience.
