Emailed to get detailed out the door price as I live 200 mi away. Response from Alexander was they do not give out prices unless you are in the showroom. I was told it was the nature of the business. Only crooked dealer refuse to have transparency. They want you in the showroom so they can pressure you into buying. Was a very poor dealer experience. Left me waiting all day for replies, and after I secured a loan sold the car, do not trust them
Worse dealer experience. Very friendly but real hard to negotiate. They wanted all these crazy fees and wouldn't come down at all. The vehicle was perfect, but I was not going to overpay over its book value. A 14k vehicle turned into 20k.
The seller took care to contact me, offer several alternative solutions to finalize the sale and this was done on several occasions despite the fact that I did not show much interest. The conditions are not yet met for me to buy the vehicle in which I am interested.
Terrible As I said terrible. Do you want me to list all the things wrong. They advertised the price, then I called added wheel locks and window tint. Then when I called back to buy the car l was told they have other customers a head of me. And would call back and never did. Terrible business practices. I guess Chevrolet sells so many cars , who cares about one sale
Not very helpful, and told me that no they wouldn't arrange shipping to Minnesota, despite the add saying shipping was included. Decided to go with another company.
