I was put off because I live in Wisconsin and was already traveling to Nashville so I wasn’t able to get there for a few days. I offered to put money down to hold it until I could fly there and get everything in order. They refused to do that. They also were supposed to get back to me to confirm they had the unit. So I’m sitting here with 15k to put down and no truck to buy that I know of. I really would love a call from the sales manager.
Fake price Car was for about 11000 after their ridiculous fees car went up to 15300 Very bad service the seller told me he was going to call me back in 2 min. After 4 hours I had to call again. He told me he is going to give me the grand total until next day I asked him why until next he didn’t give a reason.

Alex was very professional, straight forward on pricing and responded to questions quickly. The pricing there was very good. This experience is the way car buying should be no smoke and mirrors and broken promises.
When I called to find out more info, the dealer said they don't do shipping, even though the Car Gurus price said it included shipping. They said they had to stop due to COVID, which makes no sense. I'd think more people would want cars shipped to their door during a pandemic.
Two different salesperson quote me two different prices. The first saleswoman told that the Dodge Journey is was 8100$ with TTL, but when I called the next day Saturday to come to pick up the car. An different salesman told me that the car is now 11330$ Because he had to charge a 1000$ dealer fees, because the car is costing now 8700
Salesman very rude and unprofessional. Vehicle pictured was wrong color, wrong description wrong model
