When I first bought my 2021 Rouge, everything went quick and easy. Then I had my oil changes for 3 yrs. I'd get checked in quick and out in know time. Then my vehicle would only click ,I called their tow truck (got delivered) Friday night . The next morning Kenneth called me said I was ready to go. I know when I go to Bill Hood Nissan I will be taken care of. Everyone is so helpful & kind. I won't go anywhere else. Thank you all for the care for my car.

The oil change was reasonable, Amanda was very friendly and efficient, but it looks like my fog light was damaged sometimes while it was at the dealer. I’m not sure they are investigating. I hope they can resolve the issue.
