Much better experience than in the past. I had vowed to never bring any of my cars here again but the service manager, Nathan, reached out to let me know about the new ownership. I will definitely be back.

Bryan was so friendly, professional & ensured that all service needed on my car was completed.
Very nice and professional. I had a warning on my car, which of course wasn't showing when I brought the car in. They were able to diagnose the problem and even gave me a loaner when it was evident that the car would not be ready on the same day.
Alyx Gonch, from Lia Nissan Colonie, was very helpful from beginning to end of the service time needed for the repair. Excellent customer service.
