Great Overall Experience The buying experience was great overall. Carlos was friendly and straight to the point. I came to the dealership for a Rogue'18 and ended up with a Murano'18 S. Considering I tried other dealership for the Murano as well, it came down to Carlos. L working with me on pricing, being timely and making the process effortless. 3rd car I'm buying from Bommarito in Saint Louis (Ford, Honda, and Nissan), best experience.

Service is good Service is Good. Staff is very patient and explained about prices clearly. Online prices are little confusing though. Hope the site is updated with correct inventory. It will be easier for the customers to do the homework at home
Just a great experience all around! Keith Grassi is a great guy. My wife and I felt an instant connection and we were talking like we had known each other for years! He really was very accommodating and wanted to make sure we didn’t leave unless we were happy. Keith, John Durham (manager), and Jesse (finance) made the whole process delightful and painless.
Very Welcoming Keith Grassi went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. When I was going throughout the week he would make sure everything is running smoothly and go out of his way to make each visit worthwhile. He's the type of guy you could talk to once and it feels like you've know him for years. I would highly suggest making an appointment with him because he will make sure you leave with a smile on your face.
