I've been a customer of Lia Nissan of Colonie for many years. Bryan Casey was my service representative at my last visit. He was very informative, courteous, knowledgeable. Bryan answered all my questions and let me review the information on the tablet at his counter indicating what was to be done. I gave my authorization and was escorted to the waiting area which is very comfortable and has many choices of beverages and snacks for you while you're waiting. Always a pleasure dealing with this dealership!
