went in for a lost key fob, they got me a replacement key fob in no time

Nothing gets done it seems like a excuse is waiting to be told from the moment of arrival clearly have a battery with a dead cell and it’s like they telling me nothing is wrong with it when I’m the one getting a jump every morning it’s no way my battery dies over night and nothing is wrong with it. I will not return to this dealership EVER
I had a difficult time getting someone on the phone. I had to call about five times. One time I called, waited on hold for 10 minutes and was hung up on. I don’t know what’s going on in that service department, but the customer service is going way down.
