Horrible service! Our waitress didn't smile at all on their busiest night and kept our change when we paid her! Didn't even bother to come back to drop off our change!!
Dame second time I have been here and it sucks worst than the first 10 beers and some wings and charged 110.00 then the manger comes and talks to us then never comes back . I will never ever ever come back . Should have gone to boomerjacks, not even a kiss after the screwing....
Slow n bad customer service during the week when its slow, smh... Never again...

Cold, Cold esta muy frio. Tienen el aire demasiado frio, a c way too cold.....
everything was fine up until paying for our tab. the waitress charged me an extra $5 and the manager says it's a "merchant fee" and blew me off. the waitress charged my friends twice and the charges were different amounts! the manager could not come up with a receipt with a refund! spent and hour arguing with no results. worst place ever.
Bad service, the food was not that good. I ordered wings and they were terrible.
I really like this place but the last time I was there the service was really bad!! I just order chips and queso and I had to wait for like 30 min cause the bartender (she said her name is ANEL) forgot my order and she was DRINKING SHOTS whit her friends n a table and then we had to wait for a beer other 20 min!!!! I know other bartenders over there, and they are so nice with excellent service, but for this one my friends are not gonna comeback!!! Please check your staff.
