Completely incompetent staff. Over the last year my wife and I have had three experience of incompetence and ignorance. Lost prescriptions, frames not ordered, lenses ordered wrong on multiple occasions, charging me an extra $385 and essentially telling me it’s my problem, not theirs. You’ll get more competent service from a first day employee at Walmart than here.
Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I’m glad I called them for an appointment. I’m going to like going there.
Doctor was very good but the billing dept. struggles with coverage. Call your provider first before you go.
Great staff--always smiling. Dr. Bolduc has put together a great team to provide excellent optometric services.
