Visited today in our pandemic reality. I called the office when I arrived. Preregistered over the phone with no paperwork changing hands. Everyone masked. Temperature checked in entrance way. Taken right into the exam room. Everyone was just as cheerful and friendly as every other time I’ve been. I have been seeing Dr. Bolduc for quite some time now. I'm always impressed with his thoroughness in explaining exactly what he is doing and why he is doing it. From the receptionist to the folks making adjustments to glasses and helping with choosing new frames - everyone is both very friendly and true professionals. I would highly recommend Bolduc eye care to anyone that is looking into getting in with question about their vision issues.
I learned more about my eyes, sight and vision during this past exam than any other in my 50+ years of wearing glasses. Updated equipment, Kind and Patient Drs. and Staff, and an intent for me to understand, not just my sight...but why I see the way I do. I am thoroughly pleased with their service. My 5yo is being seen for strabismus. We have been going to a pediatric eye specialist in Portland for three years. It’s not convenient and it’s NOT warm & fuzzy. Upon recommendation by a family member we made an appointment to follow up with Dr. Lehouillier instead. He was amazing! He was extremely thorough, explained every single detail of what he was doing and what he was able to determine, following each test. I just started as a new patient a week ago. Excellent first visit! My new glasses just arrived (earlier than expected) and I had another great experience when I went in to pick them up. Everyone on staff that I have interacted with has been very pleasant and funny and attentive. I'm very happy with Bolduc!
I love going to Bolduc! I just picked up my new glasses last night and I am so pleased with how they look! They have a great selection of frames! The staff at Bolduc are always helpful, knowledgeable and attentive! They all make going to the eye Dr fun!!
