Amazing... Never had a Dr. take the time that this Dr. took...In all my Costco years, I never knew that seeing this good was an option. So appreciative of the TLC ... If you have the opportunity to see this Dr. , it's worth it! Woohoo! Love You Guys!.
I used to live in Southern Cal. When I did, I went to Dr Michael Bold. Good man; couldn't ask for a better optometrist. I miss him because in my new hometown, the optometrist I visited don't know crap. My eyes are suffering for leaving CA because there's no Dr. Bold. I miss his professionalism so much, that for the sake of my eyes, I have considered moving back to Newport Beach.
FINALLY here is an eye doctor that addressed my concerns. Dr. Bold is very nice and a good- no, make that great listener. kudos my friend 'cuz you nailed it when it comes to great service.
Dr. Bold explained my eye issues well and the benefits of a new prescription that was different from my existing one, since my vision had changed.
Like his quick to the point business manner
He was very friendly and welcoming. He really went into detail about everything in words you could understand. It was kind of like talking to a friend you hadn't seen in awhile. I would definitely recommend him to everyone I know.
Just had another eye exam today. Same great experience. Loved that they had a frame and lens promotion. I was able to order my contacts and get glasses too.
these guys are just so good! Dr. Bold is the sweetest eye doctor I've ever met and he really wanted to be sure I was taken care of. He did a good eye test and he told me what was going on with my vision. He told me things abut my heath he could see from my eyes too! It was so good and comforting to know I was in good hands for this. The office people showed me the frames and contacts available and I chose some that were within my budge and that I love. Good prices and great service. it was a perfect eye doctor visit for me.
The office was really nice and Dr. Bold was great!
