This is the worst Bojangles I have ever been to. More than once the biscuits are old and hard. This time not only were they not fresh again at 7am, in the cinnamon raisins biscuits we found not one but TWO HAIRS in them. Disgusting!! Never again stopping at this location. The days of good fresh biscuits from here are long gone and its a shame.
I placed a mobile order. When I get to the restaurant, I say in the drive thru for 20 minutes, and as asked to park so they could bring my order out to me. I now have been waiting outside for another 10 minutes waiting on it. I have 2 kids under 3 with me, or I would've just come inside. It is frustrating for the drive thru AI to tell me to pull to the window just to be told to go park. 40 minutes and counting to pick up 1 biscuit and 1 order of fries is beyond frustrating and ridiculous.
