I have appreciated the service I have received in your office and feel that things have been handled very professionly.
I've now visited Dr. McKim twice. I really like and trust her. The staff are all very friendly, warm, and knowledgeable. I feel very comfortable. I had a filling replaced and once the Novocain wore off, I had absolutely no pain. First time in my life. I told my sister she needs to make an apt and that she would be well taken care of.

I really like the new hygienist. I'm okay with doing away with the post cards to send out as reminders, but I would like an appointment card to take with me so I can put it in my home and work calendars.
McCall was fabulous! Very friendly during the whole situation. Every time I've been there everybody is excellent. It is why I keep coming back. Thanks! :-)
