What an amazing experience. This team of professionals were knowledgeable and caring. I appreciate their honesty. I had a few oral issues and they only recommended me filling the cavities that were past the enamel layer and recommendations on how to heal the others that were still within the enamel. So excited!
I was charged for treatment on tooth #31, and the procedure was documented as completed. Later, another dentist found that the tooth still had a crack and cavity that needed treatment. Because of that, I had to pay a second dental office to do additional work on the same tooth. What bothers me most is that I paid for a procedure that appears not to have fixed the problem, yet it was documented as completed. I have photos, records, and receipts from both offices. I have been taking my family to Boise Caring for years - the entire staff is warm, friendly and treats us like family. My most recent trip was even better, I have had a pain for a while now and while some dentists brush it off if they can’t see anything obvious, this team offered a solution that will prevent a problem down the road: a crown. Dr. Montgomery and her staff where so kind and respectful while I was getting some fillings. I've never been to a dentist who was so caring to my comfort and health.
My family have been going to Boise Caring Dentistry for about 3+ years. I am all about holistic dentistry. Dr Montgomery, Jaime, Rita, Michelle, Maribel are a wonderful caring team. I trust Dr Montgomery. She is thorough every step of the way. If you have questions, she takes the time to explain. I highly recommend this office for all your dental needs.
