Everything ran smoothly. Enjoyed the relatively short lines, especially the well appointed food court lounge area with great views of arrivals & departing airplanes. Would like to see more display of airport history.
We were already delayed, and because of lack of traffic control (pilot confirmed himself) , we were delayed another hour. We missed our connecting flight and were stuck for a day. It was handled poorly and I was not impressed.
I wasn't the one to fly so my review is from the resident perspective. UA flight was early & disembarked quickly. The waiting area was super clean & comfortable with a convenient sign showing all arriving flights. Parking was abundant for the holidays, covered and not too expensive. All appreciated. Departure flight was also on time. Have to say the pub served the best Bloody Mary I've had in years & was only $3.
Easy airport, probably one of the easiest. Sometimes the security line gets insanely long, but what airport doesn't?
I have flown into and out of the Boise airport for quite awhile now. While traveling this time, we had a marvelous trip. No complaints from me or my family. Keep up the great work Boise.
Easy to get around and they have a super convenient and clean nursing/pumping pod, which is something a lot of bigger airports don't even have. Thanks, BOI!
Disappointed that the service animal relief area is all the way past security. When people have layovers, this is very inconvenient. Having to go back through security can be a hassle if there isn't enough time. Luckily security was quick.
If you enjoy abysmal service and an utter lack of communication, fly United out of Boise! Their unprofessionalism and gross unpreparedness never fails to leave an angry hoard of would-be travellers trapped on the runway. If you make no promises, there are no expectations to deliver any stratification... but some take this to the extreme. This airport and airline provider are the perfect examples of such ineptitude.
