Boise Airport is great! Tsa is horrible... they are rude, and cause unnecessary lines... there is always 3 or 4 standing around doing nothing, and the machine that "scans" you, is wrong more times then not...
The customer service reps at both Alaska and American were very friendly and helpful. We had an unfortunate flight delay due to mechanical issues and they were very apologetic and accomadating. Servers in the bar and restaurant were friendly and the clerk at the store was as well. Clean airport, a lot less hassle and hustle than DFW

I had a very good experience until I got back and airport full of protesters...I didn't feel safe...they should have to stay outside and away from people in the airport...very unhappy...�
Southwest out of BOI is great. Wish more direct flights. Nice stores, food is fine. Better than most airports I run through.
I flew Southwest. Everyone was very pleasant and professional. Few minutes late leaving but nothing that would interrupt connecting flights. Had a Smash burger. Was good. Prices comparable to all other airports I have been in.
