good signage and directions for someone who has not been to the airport, like me. friendly staff and ppl all around, unlike some other national airports
Boise Airport is the best. Nicest, cleanest, easiest, fastest, current techniques, cleanest bathrooms, nicest airport employees and airline employees.
No delays, friendly service. Appreciate having this airport so close by.
Not much selection of food and what is there is very expensive.
I love this airport .... very clean and very easy to get through ... free wifi is awesome ... the only thing I found a little annoying is .. it would be nice to have outlets or phone chargers by the baggage area ...

Boise airport is fine and no worries. Long lines at the little coffee shop. But UA was an hour and half late leaving because of mechanical issues and problems. We waited for people to fix things. This made me and others miss their connecting flights. I think I was not treated very well by United Airlines, I was lied to more than once......
