The wifi is great which makes this airport way better than the majority of airports around the world. I have to admit it wasn't as crowded as most airports because of weather, so a lot less demand on their wifi.
Friendly, fast and helpful checking staffs, nicely security.
Freezing experience to go on the tarmac to go to slippery stair to the planes. Then, arriving in Irvine airport, our 2 carry on were lost. Got them back this morning from Seattle. Beside that, it was fast and convenient.
We ❤️ the Boise Airport. It is simple, easy to get around, clean, just enough food and drink options. Car rental is very accommodating. People are very very friendly!
I've been traveling to the Boise airport for the past 20 yrs. I've seen this airport go thru a beautiful transformation and the ever progress to make the airport comfortable for the traveler. The security is super efficient and the TSA agents are always professional and kind. And btw....I Love the addition of Einstein Bagels:) delish!
Easy to get through and the people were friendly and helpful with my questions. I felt safe!!
Boise Airport is great! Minimal waiting, friendly helpful staff and your bags are almost always on the carousel when you get downstairs. The only downside to Boise Airport? Not enough flights to my destinations, resulting in multiple plane changes and/or layovers.
