Very fast, clean, and nice customer service at every point in the airport.
It's a small nice & clean airport. I LOVE the new decorated floor that's being done that has the surrounding states. Very neat! Can't to see the finished product! Parking was easy & getting to my plane was easier. Everall, I had a GREAT experience!
I had a good experience at Boise airport. Was pleasantly surprised there was curbside check in since it was icy and chilly. Pleasant gentleman. TSA was quick, choice of eating was diverse and my breakfast was tasty. AND my luggage made it to Ontario.
I travel regularly out of Boise and appreciate its efficiency. Thank you for bringing in the Mamava station! So much better than what is available at most airports. Keep the new flights coming!
Beautiful airport and city of Boise lots of things to see with beautiful mountains. !
Nice Aiport, but need more destinations also more non stop flights instead of traveling and do connections in other airports.
