They where not helpful. On my way home. I put my tsa number in the wrong slot when I arrived at Dfw they fixed my ticket for me there said I could do the same thing to come home well guess what Boise airport thinks they know better than they do and are not helpful. Almost missed my flight and had to leave my breakfast there. Than I guess they checked my car seat and broke the bag. At the point you might as well fucking throw the bag away. The airport its is fine, but United airlines kept here two days longer due to mechanical issues. Finally had to fly out on delta
Live in boise, first time actually buying anything in boise airport. First fast-food restaurant I see is smash burger. Horrible! Very overpriced For 2 sandwiches and 1 small soda was 19$. When the food came it was like the dunked the food in a pale of water and wrapped them up. The alvacodo on the burger was as hard as a rock. Fries were cold and didn't even taste like garlic fries. No napkins. No straws. And we didn't even get a hello. ( hi what do you want? Okay give me money!!) Fucking horrible!
I love BOI! The easiest airport to get around in and everyone is always pleasant.
Really nice clean easy to get around airport with great service.
Best experienced. My first time using their park garage. Not so much direction to go to the main airport from the garage but other than that it's good.
Love this clean, uncrowded airport with friendly staff and tons of food choices! An excellent experience!
