My first Visit to the Air Port and the people were very nice and helpful. We had to fly in to see Dr Anderson fron Coeur d Alene Idaho. We have to go back 4 more times and will be visiting this air port again. The taxi service is right out the front door, it makes it easy for people like us who need to get to where we are going. My only concern for the next time I get a taxi is to look at all of them. The taxi lady was nice BUT she was not clean and the taxi was dirty. THat would be my only down fall.
Loved the smallish airport, friendly helpful,folks there! The only thing I regretted was that I bought a soda at the first shop outside of security...Dumb on my part! Live and learn! Very nice, clean inside and out! Thank you I will return soon! Ann VanHorssen
Very nice and clean airport with a parking garage that is CLOSE. We don't fly often and everyone we encountered was helpful in getting us checked in. TSA was smooth and easy and they were very accommodating to my son and I.
I flew Alaska out of BOI recently and the people were amazing. Very friendly!
