You seem to hear all the bad when it comes to the TSA. However I have a disability makes it tough to walk long distances so I requested a wheelchair from the rental car agency outside they sent out a customer service rep with a wheelchair. When I got to security I told them I could stand up but I couldn't stand in the X-ray machine and put my hands over my head the TSA agent who did the pat-down search was extremely professional he was very thorough but I got through security faster then I think I ever have. Flying in and out is a breeze. If getting a rental car, it's so easy to stop at the rental counter and then get your checked bags. The airport is small enough to easily navigate yet big enough to handle the traffic. The only negative I have is that at 6am, food selections are short (and pricey, even for an airport)
