All the restrooms I used were clean and very kid friendly airport
Why does the airport have bathroom faucets that you have to touch instead of having a sensor? Why is the video to inform which baggage carousel never ready when you walk by, or hey have one near carousel. Why had a garage addition without a second story walkway so you don't have to go to first floor and have to cross traffic? Why does the parking garage have the slowest elevators and also don't have a machine to pay parking by elevator in newer parking area?
Easy, friendly personnel. I live in Denver and fly out of DIA every week and love coming to Idaho. It's just a Great State with Great people so why wouldn't the airport be like the rest of the state and it's people. Great airport, keep it up.
Here's a thought, when there is zero long term parking available due to garage floor closures, post a sign at the airport entrance or put it on the news.
Great airport. Easy in, easy out. No crowds! Boise is a beautiful location with lots to see in close proximity.
I travel a lot (domestic & intl.) and BOI is always such a nice place to fly in and out of. It is easy to get in & out of, great TSA folks, spacious, open, good lighting and it reflects so well on Boise. Also love the art work 💖
BOI was unexpectedly large for a city of that size, but small enough to get through the run-around without over-much hassle...
