Great checkin at the American desk! Fun and happy staff early in the day!
Love, love, love our airport. With one exception, we’ve never had a long wait at the ticket counter, and security has always been super fast.
Very bad experience! Lady was rude, they over booked, Pdx by far better, this airport needs help!
Very bad parking experiences on THREE trips through the airport recently. No signs that the lot was full or incorrect numbers posted, and very rude parking personnel. Took 35 minutes and two phone calls to get picked up by shuttle bus to get to the economy lot while I waiting in the rain. I wrote a very detailed message to the airport, which I can see that they received, but they did not respond.
