Clean, not packed....and Mr. LaCroix, at American Airlines, was able to help me with an issues in short order. Can't express how appreciative I am about him getting me on a flight that I really needed to me on to Phoenix. Thank you, sir.

Parking situation is ridiculous! Terrible planning and design. Don’t even have a standard operating shuttle. Boise needs to figure out how to handle the airport traffic.
Great airport. Everything flows so smoothly and quickly here! Always a pleasure to fly out of or in to this airport.
Love having this airport so close and small enough to be convenient- yet you can go anywhere!
Friend arrived at the airport and was misdirected, twice, to the terminal she needed to be at to catch her flight and because of this she missed the plane. They made the ticket change for her, but she'd have to catch a flight the Next day and they wouldn't extend it one day to make up for the one she was losing. The next day she arrived and was told she had to pay almost 3x more the original price in order to honour the ticket! How is this legal?? She lost money and a flight. This is heartbreaking, to us both!
