Very poor experience this week with parking at the airport. Long Term lot was full but yet no sign was posted to let you know so the extra time we had allowed for lunch before leaving turned into necessary time just to be sent over to the Economy parking lot. The shuttle driver would get no stars on his rating. Quite rude and offered NO assistance to either myself, my friend or another gentleman who clearly had some disability issues. Come on BOI you can do far better!!
It's small but very clean and bright....friendly:)
