This company does prices gouging they are crooks. They wanted to charge me $2000 to install my own kitchen faucet and bathroom toilet. I wouldn't recommend this Co, to nobody for business.

We first met with Theo ******and his elderly father met us at his father's home. Their plumbing concerns were for a failed kitchen faucet pull out spout and a toilet tank that was too rusty to remove. Different makes and models of pull out spout faucets are stocked on our truck and we always carry two different replacement toilets, as well as service and repair parts. As I am leaving for a business trip, I hear my sump pump running constantly. My sump pump a cracked at the base and discharging most of the water back into the sump. I was worried that the pump would burn out by running constantly for 3 days while I am away. I call Bowmann and they come out and take a look at it, $59.00 for the visit. Pump casing is cracked and requires replacing. She says she can replace it with a 1/3rd hp pump today and it would cost $1,613. They won’t tell me the parts/labor split. I passed. When you requested service we explained that we charge a standard $59 service call fee to send a technician to your home and that after we examine the situation, we would offer service options and price quotes. The service call fee is waived if you hire us to do the job. After examination of your sump pump she presented you with a quote to replace the sump pump, a new check valve and the plumbing between the two. The price was unfair. The work was okay but first there was a charge just to give an estimate and then the estimate was over $600 for just 2 hours of work. And I supplied the parts so all that was paid for was labor. It was an extractive experience and I won't use them again. I regret saying yes and did not know if I could challenge the price. They came late in the day making it hard to find someone else to do it. Mine was not an emergency but I feel like I was charged emergency prices.
Bohmann Plumbing 29th & Forest Home - Scammers DONâT USE BOHMANN PLUMBING!!! We are remodeling our house. Normally, I am getting 3 or more estimates on all the work we are doing. We had some minimal plumbing that needed to be done before the carpenters finished the kitchen. I had seen one or two Bohmann signs in Wauwatosa, so I asked them to come out and do the work. Toilets Fixed! Excellent Service! They arrived on time. Very professional. Quoted the price and charged exactly what was quoted. Left the area clean. Used a rug to protect my property. Technician was clean, polite, and listened to our concerns. They had the parts on the truck and had our plumbing up and running quickly. I will definatly use them again if needed.
I feel the workmanship was poor, did a water heater replacement & failed to accomadate for the difference in gas line from old to new. Forced the old line (too short) onto new heater which put stress on a union & caused a leak. Called him back & he insisted there was no leak even tho you could smell it, at least I could. Finally called WE energies, they came out & fixed it by adding a longer gas line, something that should have been done at time of installation. A stressful & unpleasant experience. BEWARE.
I had a bathroom sink Faucet replaced with the above plumbing company about 5 months a go. My old faucet was rusted and leaking so I contacted Brian-the owner of Bohmann plumbing, Brian and another crew member came and they did an excellent job. We did agreed to the price prior to the job done. It was a fair and comparable price and I am happy with the work they did.

RecommendedGreat service! On-time, professional, cost effective. Needed a new sump pump, explained all the option and didn't make my feel horrible for picking the option I did. Even when I started to question my choice they reassured me what I picked would work for our house.
Excellent, thorough and fast service. Brian does not talk to you like you're an idiot (even if you are completely clueless), so if you want an actual explanation of what the issue is, and the options to fix it, this is your guy.
