Do not use their online service and use your credit card! They charged mine twice and did not respond to 3 calls and 1 email. Will never use their service again! Escalating to the BBB. Do not want to see others double billed!

Take the time to clean the greenery you send with your flower order please... Also when a client sends an email and leaves a voicemail please return that inquiry. The roses were in full bloom versus buds (last longer). Also they were out of helium so no ballons with the order but no refund, discount or anything else done about that. If the order hadn't been almost 150.00 I would not have taken the time to write about it. Very disappointed after reading great reviews about your service, etc... Beautiful Flowers – I ordered flowers from Bohemian Angel for my wife after she delivered our son in January. I let the florist know what her favorite colors were and left the arrangement up to their discretion, seeing as how I don't know much about flowers. Everyone I dealt with at the store was very professional and friendly. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and all the nurses commented about how she had the best looking floral arrangements of anyone in the maternity ward! I will definitely use them again.

Terrible Customer Service - Terrible Experience – I received flowers at my office today. Upon delivery, I noticed there was no water in the vase, and some of the tulips looked crushed. Only after commenting on this, the driver proceeded to tell me that he had dropped them. I emailed a photo of the flowers to the person who ordered them for me, and they called the store to explain the flowers had been dropped and several of them looked bruised. 2nd time ordering, my Girlfriend loves them – I've order flowers for deliever to my girlfriends work twice. Each time the arrangement arrived early afternoon, which was great timing. The arrangements where even more beautiful than the pictures online. They do good work. Online ordering is easy. Will definitely use them again in the future, per request of my girlfriend

Everything Taken Care Of! – I selected Bohemian Angel after seeing it rated #1 in the Dallas area on the internet (I had never previously ordered from them). I sent my fabulous new Fiancee an extra large bouquet of red roses to celebrate our recent engagement and to show her how happy I was she said "YES". Even though my Fiancee was happy with the flowers initially, I could tell from past experience they were a little stale when I saw a picture of the flowers.
