My cat Mo passed away last Friday after being seen on Thursday afternoon by Dr Ford. I brought her there Friday to be cremated and today I get a phone call reminding me that she has an appointment tomorrow at 1:30. I would have thought they’d flag her file since they were aware of her passing. Very disappointed � things like this should be a priority to be avoided
I have never been dissatisfied with the care that is provided to my 2 - four legged children. They care for my animals as if they were there own.
I have been bringing my pets to Boght for years. The staff is friendly and courteous. They are much more affordable than many other vets in the area. Today I brought my cat in because of an ingrown nail that had punctured her pad. I expected this visit to cost quite a bit more than normal, however they took care of her nails, gave me antibiotics to prevent infection in the wound and gave her a bath (because she used her cat carrier as a litter box on the way to the appointment) and had her ready to go in a quick amount of ti... read more
The only vet I trust, will tell you the cost up front and guide you in the difficult decision on euthanasia. Best vets around take excellent care of my pets.
Best Veterinarians around!!! Have recommended them to all my pet families. When my beloved Abbott was sick and later passed away from his illness, Dr Polnak and Dr Wagner were so compassionate making the grieving process a little easier. I have never had an issue about wanting them to see any of my pets. They are always accommodating.
Horrible experience! We were looking to get our dog spayed. We called and they said that a “pre-op” appointment to see if she was healthy enough to go under anesthesia was FREE. So we drove from out of town, and after the appointment we were told the visit was $43. All of a sudden “nobody knew” about the low income program and why we were told it would be a free visit. The vet also told us to wait until after her NEXT heat. (Increasing the chance of breast cancer) Although still being nice to my puppy, they were ignoring us.... read more
