So took my dogs to BOUGHT VET cus OAKWOOD VET was combined due to virus..ok...so get there an find out about a bunch of orders I wasn't told about on the fone when they made the switch..which I get but at least TELL me ahead of time!! Anyway got totally disrespected by someone I didn't know(closed the door while I was speaking to an assistant)... later to find out it was the VET!!..DR WAGNER!!😲 This man called my son names and yelled at us to "get the F**k outta here and get the F**k off MY property" ..... all cus we asked ... read more
We have been taking our dog Fiona here for 11years now & she has received excellent care there, including boarding several times over the years. Thank you for your compassion to all the animals that you care for!!!
I was going to start using this vet because they are close to me, and I heard they were good and inexpensive compared to other vets. When you have several pets, you want a vet that isn't going to charge top dollar as long as they are good. Anyways, I needed an apt right away for a cat but they can't get me in for two weeks. WOW. So glad to know they are good for emergencies. NOT. Guess I'll keep going to Dr White at the Halfmoon Vet Hospital. They always get you in when you NEED THEM. I see they have some good reviews, but I can't give one. I just called and spoke to Jessica. I told her my cat has severe diarrhea, but they can't get me in for an appt. I would have to wait until the middle of Jan. WOW. I was going to start using this place as my regular vet, but if they don't care when you have a pet that needs care immediately, I'll go someplace. it's become very difficult for long standing clients to get appointments. I had an issue with my pet and allergies, and I was told they were scheduling 6 weeks out. her need is more immediate than that. the receptionist really could not have cared any less. you've really gone downhill since the staffing changes. time to look for another vet.
These people are incredible. Our Bulldog Molly had pyometra and was very close to having to be put down because every other vet wanted thousands of dollars to do the surgery needed. Dr Ford and staff saved our Molly’s life. They also seen how my wife and i were so worried and made us more at ease. I can not say enough great things for the miracle workers that are at this clinic.
