Need to improve on people skills
Over Booked, Short Staffed & Unwilling to discuss what turned out to be a difficult & unfortunate situation! I had a very embarrassing "meltdown" on the 20th of August (long story). It started with Boght being unable or unwilling to see my pet for a continuing pain issue that was causing her difficulty walking. Make appointments more available for animals that are sick! My cat died when she was treated/seen soon enough.
RecommendedWe have taken our dogs and cats to boght since 1984. they are all wonderful. the entire staff is very caring and you can tell they all love animals.
Every experience we have had, has been excellent. We have a dog that hates the vet and they are so good with her! We are picky about who to trust with our fur-babies and i would recommend these guys to anyone �
We have been taking our pets to Boght Vet for 30 years!
Been taking my dog to Boght Vet for past 6 years. My dog hurt her leg yesterday and can’t walk on it. Called them this morning to get her in to make sure it was nothing major.the earliest appt they can give me if June 18th. I had to laugh because it’s so pathetic. Time to find a new vet
Dr. Ford is amazing!!! Brought my boy in today with inflammation in the backside and he is already doing better! Thank you, Dr. Ford!!!
They’re quick, professional and really care about their patients. I am impressed as this was the first time I was there!
