Doesn’t recommend. Every time I call with a concern for my dog it’s 4-5 weeks out for an appt. And this has been the case well before Covid.

I would not recommend Veterinarian Kimberly Ellis to ANYONE that loves and cares for their animals. She is extremely rude and extremely unprofessional. I have never left Boght vet feeling so upset and defeated than the two times she was the one to see my dogs.
I have nothing but great things to say about Boght and their AMAZING staff. They took on such a big task in such a short amount of time and honestly made me feel so welcome. They explained every step they made, to put my mind at ease. This clinic goes above and BEYOND for their patients. I can not thank them enough for saving my pup! 💙
Rating with 1 star. Poor customer service. Will not let you re-establish or board your pets if you go to another vet. This was after they had me fax the paperwork from Adirondack vet and after 8hrs of busy signals from their phone trying to get through. I found this to be quite rude after using them for years for checkups and boarding. The person on the phone did not care, was rude, and just wasted our time. Never again. 100% Do not recommend
Just left Bought Vet with one of my three labs. I can’t thank this team enough for all they do for my big babies. The staff is so well equipped and educated on keeping my pups healthy. They really care for all the animals as if they were their own. I would never trust anyone else to help us keep Duncan , Chloe and Sterling happy and healthy! You really are the best 💙
My cats all go to Boght. Today they saw my senior cat for an emergency appointment despite being booked for the day. Everyone was super helpful and I am especially grateful that they are available during COVID-19. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you so much. 💜
Boght Vetrinary Clinic...awful. My pets have been going there for 11 years. As my old man Moose is aging rapidly he suffers from sleepless nights and discomfort without medication. He has been on pain relief for months (filled by them on a monthly basis). Today I was informed by a rude technician that they will no longer refill his prescription because they haven’t been able to see him in the office. they are pleasant and kind from the moment you walk in to the time you leave they all do a great job never had an issue would recommend them highly .and with this pandemic they still are their for you and your pets great job guys keep up the great work and stay safe Dan & Pattie Paulo & Mylo ❤👍
