I used to bring my dogs there years ago , we have spent hundreds of dollars there and when my Akita passed away and I went to pick up his ashes thinking the bill was paid (under a misunderstanding it was not ) they would not give me my dogs ashes , I asked if I could call later with payment over the phone seeing I was already heartbroken over losing my dog of 12 years and the dr refused . A friend originally recommended me to Dr. Cox because i have a difficult cat. She ended up not being available and we saw Dr. Ford instead. Dr. Ford was absolutely amazing with my cat pepper. She knew how to handle him, and worked quickly, as to not make him more upset. She also saw my other cat, pancake. She was very gentle with him (it was his first vet visit), and he didn't complain! I am so greatful I found an amazing, caring, and friendly veterinarian. I highly recommend them!

I love both veterinarian clinic I love dr. Wagner and dr. Cox they are the best Dr Wagner really helped us out with my little Zozo when she was very very sick with kidney failure he did everything possible to make her life better and the staff at both are exceptional
