What happened to this place? The last few times I’ve been here, I’ve noticed a sharp decline in the quality of the experience and the food. The people used to be nice, professional, and pleasant.
I've been eating at Bogey's for over 30 years since they opened, however due to poor customer service, they have lost my business. They advertised a special showing it with lettuce and tomato (saying only bacon cost extra), however when I didn't get any lettuce and tomato on mine, I contacted them asking why and I sent them the picture showing it.
