Love the food, but last time we ordered from there we noticed when we got home that we were missing an order of mushrooms. I called and told them and they apologized and said they would make them if I wanted to drive back. I had already driven across town and didn't want to drive back, I just wanted to eat my food while it was still hot, so they took my information and said they would send me a coupon for the missing item, that was over a month ago and I still haven't received anything. Richard - I'm really sorry for the mishap. We have a policy of mailing out coupons within 24 hours, so either we took your information down wrong and it never made it to the right place, or someone just totally dropped the ball. The mozzarella sticks were yummy, but the burger sucked. My burger had so many toppings and hardly any beef patty I was reminded by that commercial, " Where's the beef??". Don't bother going here. I've never had such a disappointing burger in life before the Bogey's Burger. Worse burger ever.
Everything is a hit here! Every food item I've tried and every shake flavor. And the staff is always so kind! 😁
