Friendly staff. Fun times. Always happy to see us. Love outside patio in good weather.

It took 20 minutes to get our beers. All 3 of us ordered the original burger that came with cheese on it....no cheese. Food was barely warm, but took a VERY long time to come out. The fries tasted fishy because it was obvious the fries had shared the grease with their battered fish. They did nothing to make it right and didn't seem to care. We were there for over 75 minutes and the place wasn't busy at all. AWFUL!

We have been going there for years through all the transitions and each one has been a definite improvement. Good service, good grub and the wait staff are really good. BUT now I know the outside eating area is at the mercy of the elements, wind, dust sand etc. but the cement floor needs a real good scrubbing every now and then and needs to be swept. Went to have dinner and listen to Steven Brunton play on Labor Day weekend Saturday night. Was there on 8/25/17 A Saturday night they had several big parties one having the entire patio reserved but we still had great food and service. We are from Pittsburgh and was there to see friends and go to zoo. I will definitely be back again
Not the best experience. We waited quite a while for our food, once it arrived it was not cooked all the way through. I know they were busy and understaffed, however as long as we waited the food should have been cooked! We ordered the Fish & Chips thinking we were getting fries as most restaurants serve, however it actually came with potato chips & the fish/batter was not done all the way. Still soupy with batter.
