Filled out their on-line request for a hair cut, AND also filled out a new customer profile page. That was 4 days ago. No call, email, contact. Perhaps they are so busy they do not need new customers. Why have an on-line form if no one follows up? Their loss.

I’m new to the state and was very nervous about finding a new hair dresser. One day I was out doing errands and went by The Boutique Out East, and just walked in and asked for an appt. They set me up with Victoria, she did a fantastic job. She really took the time to understand what I wanted and I couldn’t be happier - and did I mention, I’m very picky!�

This week was my first visit to Boutique OutEast not only because it's conveniently located at Lakewood Ranch, but primarily because I follow my NY Stylist John Paul where ever he sets his scissors. As usual I got the best short hair cut I've had since I last found him... smart and sassy but easy to maintain. He's a miracle worker - never disappointed....I'll surely be back.
John Paul has cut and high lighted my hair for the past several months. I have been extremely pleased. I actually got stopped in the mall today and told how great my hair looked! Thanks John Paul!!
