RecommendedBeen going to BodyZone for years and love it there. Staff is friendly and helpful and the gym looks even better after all the work the owners put into it. Finally decided to get more serious about my workouts and hired Brad as my trainer and it's been the best decision I've ever made when it comes to working out. After just a month of training, I'm already noticing the changes and I'm even getting compliments on how i look and the weight I've lost. Best gym and staff in Key West, definitely 5 Stars!

This is by far the best gym in Key West. It offers so many different classes throughout the whole week from boxing spending Zumba and even yoga! They have all kind of personal trainers as well Boris his a top-of-the-line boxing trainer and I personally recommend him for any personalized fitness goal that you have he can help you achieve it they have tons of space and you can get any kind of work out you desire.they even have about a 20 foot rope you can climb if you think you can make it I have been going there for a year an... read more

I give Body Zone a five star rating! I have been to several gyms in Key West and this is my permanent gym now, I love the cleanliness, professionalism, the great machines, the AC, and just all-around makes me feel at home! All of the staff are friendly and professional, especially Shannon! Thank you Body Zone keep up the good work! PS I love the new owners Alex and Kim!
I recently had a personal group training session with brad at body zone. It was awesome. I'm super sore today 😝🤣
