I just finished the 6 week challenge and it has been a great experience and great way for me get back in the routine of living healthy! I’ve learned how to eat healthy without giving up most of the things I love and the workouts are fun and challenging. I would definitely recommend this program to anyone who wants to kick start a better, healthier way of life!
