Heartless! I was getting treatment done and before my last session they fired the tech I was working with. The person they let go made me feel comfortable going there as I am very sensitive about my body image. After I refused further treatment because they don't have anyone there I feel comfortable working with they told me that I could not have my money back and think they can bully me into taking my clothes off in front of someone I don't trust. I had my first Clarity laser hair removal treatment today at Body Works Med Spa & Wellness, and it was an amazing experience. I previously had 6 sessions of IPL and 6 sessions of diode laser hair removal at other places, but the hair on my face remained the same and those treatments were quite painful.
