Heartless! I was getting treatment done and before my last session they fired the tech I was working with. The person they let go made me feel comfortable going there as I am very sensitive about my body image. After I refused further treatment because they don't have anyone there I feel comfortable working with they told me that I could not have my money back and think they can bully me into taking my clothes off in front of someone I don't trust.
