nice time – I love that I didn't have to find parking.... but mostly this was my birthday and they really tried to make it special and did a great job Thank you
Non-Professional – This spa is beautiful on the inside however, the staff are not as shinning stars as the facility. The customer service was professional. However, very impersonable. Please re-educate on welcoming personality traits and I think this would be a great spa!
HOt to Trot – All the staff are very professional. They always do a great job. I love that they offer wine and cheese trays when Im getting treatment but they are not stuck up and snooty snoots. I love the environment and the individual treatment! they never rush to get you out either - they take their time at a reasonable fee!
Great Spa & Salon in Downtown Indy – Friendly professional staff, comfortable facilities, easily accessable downtown facility. Great place to spend an hour, or all day getting pampered! Highly recommended
