horrible customer service, horrible policy with gift cards. will never, ever go there and will discourage others to do so.
Never disappointed. My stepson gets me a gift certificate every year. Staff is amazing. Services are superior. Steph did an amazing job on nails and toes that were overdue.

Jen gave me the most amazing facial. My skin is glowing. And Gina treated me to a fantastic pedi and paragon hand treatment. I highly recommend serene for your spa experience!!
