Booked a service on line. Had it confirmed after I had the service they did not honor the price. Receptionist said it was not in effect. If that wasn’t the case. My service should not have gone through to booking at site. Technicians are not consistent. My service was rushed compared to lady next to me who had same service. I started after her and ended before her. This used to be a great spa. Disappointed ☹️
My CBD infused massage with Cara was amazing. She was extremely professional and very mindful of my condition.

I had a cut and balayage with Rebecca. She was very accommodating and really made sure she knew what I was looking for. I will certainly be returning.
I went to Theresa tonight (first time) to fix a cut that had previously not been done correctly....She was very patient and took the time to fix the mistake and was more than accommodating —- I certainly recommend her and look forward to seeing her in the future.
